You acknowledge that the venue, timings, speakers and programme of any Bhartiya Social Activist Conference are subject to reasonable changes.
Please ensure you take care of your personal possessions during Bhartiya Social Activist Conference Organization cannot accept any liability for them.
Filming and photography may take place at all Bhartiya Social Activist Conference. You consent to your image and likeness being used in marketing and films without any payment to you.
Bhartiya Social Activist Conference do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be published by any specific publisher or index. Publishers or organizations can decline to publish the conference proceedings that do not meet their quality standards.
Bhartiya Social Activist Conference do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be indexed in any database. Indexing services evaluate conferences and independently determine what they will index.
We may revise our terms and conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements or improvements we make to the Bhartiya Social Activist Conference.
These terms and conditions are a contract between you and us. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of the terms.

When you make reservations on-line to use our Events or you access or order our Events on-line, you must provide certain Personally Identifiable Information for you to properly and fully receive the requested Events. Except as set forth in this policy, we will not reveal any such Personally Identifiable Information to any other third party without your consent, except that we may share User Information with our business associates who assist us in administering or providing the Events.

REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your Bhartiya Social Activist Conferences booking, or do not attend the event, the event fee will not be refunded.
